How the Repair Process Works
Before sending your equipment to us, we recommend the following steps:
- Contact us by email with information about what type of service you expect: quotation only (estimated repair cost), standard repair up to 14 days, expedited repair around 5 days, or urgent repair.
- Provide a description of the fault, including as accurately as possible what is not working and under what circumstances the damage occurred. Did the fault happen during normal operation, as a result of a power surge, weather conditions, etc.
- Please indicate whether the described fault occurs immediately. Some issues, such as an HMI panel restarting, may appear only after some time or under specific conditions. This is just an example of how describing when and under what conditions the fault occurs can greatly help us diagnose the problem and carry out the repair.
