Common HMI panel faults

We diagnose complete failures as well as intermittent faults that appear after warm-up or only while the machine is operating.

Component-level repair

Where technically possible and economically sensible, we repair the original panel at component level. This can avoid an expensive replacement, machine modifications and the need to recreate the configuration.

Service in the Netherlands and shipping from Belgium

Our service workshop is located in Helmond, the Netherlands. After receiving the device, we diagnose it, assess the repair options and provide a quotation.

Customers in Belgium can ship equipment to our local contact point in Retie, near Turnhout in the Kempen region. Personal delivery of multiple devices is possible by prior arrangement.
