Service in the Netherlands and shipping from Belgium
Our service workshop is located in Helmond, the Netherlands. After receiving the unit, we diagnose it, assess the repair options and provide a quotation. The module is tested to the extent possible in the workshop.
Customers in Belgium can ship equipment to our contact point in Retie near Turnhout. If a complete test requires the specific machine, final verification may be necessary after refitting at the customer’s site.

Controller and machine installation
A defective module is not always the only cause. Power supply, sensors, actuators, wiring, connectors or CAN communication may also be responsible. Any external fault should be corrected before refitting, as a defective installation can damage the repaired module again.
