We diagnose computers used in machinery, production lines and automation systems, taking account of their specialist interfaces and industrial operating conditions.
We repair equipment from the manufacturers listed below, among others. This list is not exhaustive — for another brand, send us the full model number and photographs.
Where technically possible and economically sensible, we repair the original computer at component level. This can preserve its enclosure, industrial interfaces and machine compatibility without replacing the entire system.
Our service workshop is located in Helmond, the Netherlands. After receiving the device, we diagnose it, assess the repair options and provide a quotation.
Customers in Belgium can ship equipment to our local contact point in Retie, near Turnhout in the Kempen region. Personal delivery of multiple devices is possible by prior arrangement.
If the problem is not caused solely by electronics, we also inspect the system layer.
Our first step is to assess whether the original computer, operating system, data, drivers, licences and interfaces can be preserved. Recovery depends on the condition of the storage, the system type and the availability of a backup.
